A masterpiece of design, right down to the packaging! I’m aware it’s making me sit properly, bottom well back in the chair, and I’m loving being able to rock backwards and feel the lower back support.

After 1 week, all back problems have gone and I am learning how to move without pain. Yes, sounds strange, but am I ever happy. Now, the next funny part. I woke up the other day and suddenly realized that my knees had ZERO pain. All strength and flexibility and mobility has returned to me knees and ankles. WHAT? No back, hip, knee and ankle pain?

I LOVE this chair. It is sturdy, comfy, and the envy of everyone who has seen it. Best of all, I no longer get up from multiple-hours of video editing with freezing hands (bad posture limits blood flow to hands) and sore back. It's taken some getting used to the idea I'm not gonna hurt when I stand up... but I can live with that. :)

WOW! Not only is this the best chair for my spine, neck to tailbone, but my abs and laterals are already stronger and been sitting in it less than a month. Thank you BackStrong!

I received my BackStrong chair several days ago and absolutely love it. I suffer from chronic back pain due to a number of lumbar spine injuries. This chair alleviates a lot of my discomfort and cause me to sit in a more natural, anatomically correct position.

I've had lower back issues for years, finally got my backstrong chair and I can sit in it for a couple hours and then stand up without pain. I might get another to take to work.
