We know how murky the shipping process can seem, so this page explains every step to give you a better idea of what it takes to get to your order delivered to your door.
Step by Step
Processing
We’ve received your order and are reaching out to our manufacturers to produce or prepare to ship.
On The Water
Your chair is cradled safely on a shipping container, sailing toward its new home.
At Port
Your chair has arrived at port. It is either waiting in anchorage outside the port, waiting on an appointment to get off the boat and/or waiting on a terminal appointment to get out of the port.
In Transit to the all33 Warehouse
Your chair is making its way to our warehouse.
Processing at Warehouse
Your chair has arrived at our warehouse, where it needs to be inventoried.
Shipping From Warehouse
The warehouse team is working their magic; pulling your chair, printing the shipping label and coordinating pickup by a courier.
It’s On Its Way to You!
The home stretch. We’ve emailed you your tracking number and your all33 chair will be at your door within the week.
