Popular Questions
Q: What part of my back does this chair assist with?
A: The ALL33 moves all 33 vertebrae in your back to assist you with proper posture and give you a sense of relief. Unfortunately spending much of your day in a seated position can leave your spine sore, stiff, and in pain because you are putting stress on the muscles and discs of your back and neck. This position results in tightness of your hip flexors such as the iliopsoas muscle and ischemia (restricted blood flow) of your buttock muscles—the gluteus maximus, which is important because it supports the spine. Our chair works to resolve these issues and make it easier for you to sit!
Q: Will this chair help with MY back pain?
A: Every back is unique, and so are the pains that come with it. Our chair has helped a lot of people with a variety of conditions. Ask your doctor if this chair is right for you, and read our reviews to find out more about all the ways the chair is helping others! ALL33 Chair Reviews
Q: What 33 bones of the body does this chair support?
A: The human spinal column is made up of 33 vertebrae (bones) - 7 vertebrae in the cervical region, 12 in the thoracic region, 5 in the lumbar region, 5 in the sacral region and 4 in the coccygeal region.

Q: I have used the chair for a few days - and my back (or another part of my body) is sore or hurts worse than before. Why is this, and what can I do?
A: This is normal! When we get comfortable in our bad posture, our bodies need a period of readjustment. During the first few days, or even weeks, you may find that your body is engaging muscles that have not been used in a long time (or ever!). These muscles are supposed to be used when sitting to hold your body and back erect. Since they have likely not been used (or exercised) in this way, it is much like the experience one would have when going to the gym and lifting weights for the first time in awhile. Your muscles may feel sore when being triggered and used for a bit.
***If your soreness or discomfort continues for a longer period, we urge you to stop using the ALL33 Chair and consult a medical professional to diagnose your specific condition and situation.
