If you are not satisfied with your BackStrong C1, we first recommend that you use your chair for at least 10 days (ideally for 2 weeks) before returning it in order to allow your body the necessary time to adjust. If after 10 days you are still unsatisfied, we will provide a full refund on your chair within 60 days of purchase. The full amount will be refunded once your return shipment is received by our warehouse.
ALL33.com will not accept any return that is made without a return authorization number and processed through our return service.

All purchases of new chairs are eligible for an exchange within that same 60-day time frame. Customers are to pay shipping costs for returns in the case of an exchange.
The item must be returned in like new condition, with all paperwork, parts, and accessories to ensure full credit minus the return shipping charge.
