Dr. Dennis Colonello
FounderDr. Dennis is a world-renowned chiropractor with over 45 years of experience. Based in Beverly Hills, he is currently the team chiropractor for the Los Angeles Clippers. In addition, he treats a who’s who list of Hollywood celebrities and world-class athletes.
Jim Grove
FounderJim built the internationally-acclaimed industrial design firm Designworks USA, which provided design, engineering, modeling, and analysis for major companies, including BMW. He is also the founder of Heartland USA, a supplier of custom motorcycle accessories, and LA Product Design. He holds hundreds of design patents. Jim is constantly brainstorming new product ideas for all33.
Bing
CEOA seasoned entrepreneur and the founder of several start-ups, Bing sharpened his skill for bringing ideas to life while producing, developing, and writing features in the film industry for almost a decade. He founded BackJoy in 2005 — a back care business now selling in over 41 countries. Bing’s always on the move, but his favorite form of exercise, HIIT, brings together his two passions: efficiency and well-being. Also an avid golfer, he once took his BackStrong out on the course to improve his swing.
Grant
COOWith nearly 20 years of operations and global investment experience, Grant returned to the US after 17 years in Asia to focus on startups in the retail and software space. He is responsible for day-to-day Operations including manufacturing and logistics. When he’s not getting things done, you can find Grant in a national park.
Brett
Chief Data OfficerBrett’s head for numbers has saved us in this year of unpredictable supply and demand. A master of data analytics and inventory planning, Brett holds a Master’s in Systems Engineering. Unfailingly practical, his favorite form of movement is walking; he’s hiked more than 8,000 miles over the past decade alone.
Ashley
Director of OperationsAshley has varied experience across dozens of Direct to Consumer brands. An expert on a multitude of platforms, and always willing to learn new things, she is our go-to problem-solver and internet detective. No matter where in the country she is, her favorite pastime is hiking with her dogs.
Monica
Director of MarketingEmail expert and organizational guru, Monica has spearheaded the launch of numerous Direct to Consumer products across multiple verticals. She loves processes, to-do lists, and tamales. We can always count on her to remember birthdays and initiate happy hours. She’s actively working on her green thumb in her new garden and loves ending each work day with a walk with her son around the neighborhood.
Manuela
Brand Marketing ManagerManuela has almost a decade of experience working with national brands and passionate entrepreneurs. She spends a lot of time making sure all33 is in all lowercase on all communications. A writer at heart, she’s still trying to come up with a word beyond “chair” that encapsulates our revolutionary technology. Yoga is her favorite form of movement.
Stasia
Lead DesignerA professional designer with over 20 years of experience, Stasia has Art Directed and designed close to 2,000 projects in more than 20 countries. Her design philosophy balances visual appeal with legibility — she may be the only designer unequivocally loved by back-end developers. Born in Russia, she’s spent the last 12 years in the Dominican Republic with her family, where she enjoys cycling and swimming in the crystal blue waters.
Pavel
UX Designer & 3d ModelerThere’s no design challenge that Pavel can’t solve. CGI-master and gifted animator, he makes sure our chairs always look their best and our customers can easily find what they need. When he’s not picking the perfect emoji for a Slack convo, you can find him riding off into the sunset on his motorcycle (unless it’s leg day).
Sandy
Customer Support ManagerSandy has been in the Customer Service industry for 29 years. An incredible listener, she constantly surprises customers (and us!) with her ability to resolve problems quickly. After starting as an agent, she now leads our Customer Support Team. When not at work, she’s winning people over on the dance floor.
Tony
Customer Support RepresentativeAlways ready with a smile, Tony makes both our customers’ days and ours brighter. His favorite way to move is to groove; he starts off each day with music to get into the rhythm of work. When he’s not producing his own, he’s listening to Progressive House or playing and watching soccer.
