I had been using my BackStrong C1 chair for a little over a year or so when I noticed that I was using the lift handle several times a day, something that I hadn't needed to do for the first year. After doing some quick online research, it seemed to be that the gas lift might have been the problem. I reached out to customer service at ALL33 and left a message explaining what I thought the problem might be. Sue, a customer service representative, returned my call within a day. She agreed that the gas lift probably needed replacing and sent me an email to confirm my shipping address (which had changed since purchasing the chair). For whatever reason, I could not replace the gas lift, and Sue didn't give up on me. Instead, she took ownership of my problem and went out of her way to work with me until she could provide a solution. At no time did she suggest that I deal with someone else or tell me she couldn't help me. In a world where customer service is, more often than not, just a department name, Sue representing ALL33 proved that not only does ALL33 stand behind their products, but they also take customer service seriously. I have been using my chair for about a week and I am so impressed with the comfort. It has helped with my back pain and I definitely do not feel as fatigued sitting all day. And when I stand up (which I know I'm supposed to do often) I do not feel as "crickety". Overall I love it!

I've invested in chairs that boasted good for your back in the past, yet they would still cause pain in the "buttocks' and/or 'tailbone' areas. This chair does not create any of that pain and provides strong support for the back. I have had two back surgeries and it is difficult to find a chair that provides the support I need. This chair provides 100% support and helps me sit straight and strengthen my spine. It is a good looking chair and fits well in my office. Now I wish that All33 would design a chair with the same good features that would fit in with the décor in my TV room. That way I would have the type of support I need during all my waking hours. This is the best investment I have made since my back surgeries.
